At CES in Las Vegas this week, Chinese telecommunications vendor Huawei unveiled the IDEOS X5.
Running on Android 2.2 operating system, the X5 features a 3.8-inch capacitive touchscreen, 4G memory and a SD card slot.
It comes equipped with a 5 megapixel camera and 720p high-definition video recording and playback.
Its predecessor, launched in September, has sold more than one million handsets in over 70 countries within 2 months after launch. The Huawei IDEOS X5 will be available in Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand from January 2011, with other countries to follow.
