A game with two halves? NEC's flip-tablet

On Monday we reported on the arrival of an Android flip-phone (see  - First Android flip-phone) but our attention has also been drawn to NEC - which has announced the LifeTouch W - as another example of a company offering a new 'form factor' in the hunt for some differentiation in the increasingly crowded Android market.

NEC showed its two page folding Android 7 inch tablet earlier in the year - now it's back with a brand name. Will this take off?

Who knows?  It makes sense if you're primarily looking for a book reader. It's being launched in Japan, no word on whether it will soon spread to other markets.
