Alcatel-Lucent is extending its customer management solution to include Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The customer management solution is part of Alcatel-Lucent’s Business Support System (BSS) suite which includes customer information systems such as call center, billing, order management, mediation, provisioning, integration middleware, portals and now, customer relationship management (CRM).
