Are more shared data plans coming? Phil Goldstein doesn’t think so.

The two giants’ competitors are likely to steer clear of shared data plans because they don't want to be lumped in with AT&T and Verizon.

Both Sprint Nextel  and T-Mobile USA have blasted them: Sprint argues that shared plans "significantly increases the potential of a surprise monthly bill due to data overage charges."
