BYOD (Bring your own device) has become a handy piece of shorthand to describe a corporate mobile policy where employees bring their favourite smartphones to work. But BYOD has a range of problems that will need to be addressed if corporates are to take this route - not just security, but concerning many other issues arising within the device life cycle.
