Pan-African operator Zain has rewritten the rulebook on roaming, by allowing cross-border access without additional charges for its 56 million customers. With operations in 22 countries in Africa, Zain is now expanding globally.

This sounds like a “good deal” yet when you roam you will be surprised with additional charges that do not even qualify as hidden charges. They do not disclose those charges anywhere on their advertising campaign. They did this when they launched their service in Saudi Arabia recently and many people switched to Zain and later were shocked with those charges. Other countries were also affected. BEWARE, this sounds better than it actually is!!!
