Indonesia’s PT. Solegra Nusa Perdana selects Alcatel-Lucent to support newly launched music and mobile game services

Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) today announced that it has been selected by PT. Solegra Nusa Perdana, an Indonesia-based entertainment and media company, to support the first-of-its-kind music and mobile game download service in Indonesia. Solegra is the first content aggregator customer to use Alcatel-Lucent’s Multimedia Content Manager platform to aggregate and distribute digital entertainment content.

Solegra plans to offer a digital storefront consisting of content from multiple major labels and local independent content creators to serve the more than 100 million mobile subscribers across Indonesia. This project demonstrates Alcatel-Lucent’s business expansion into non-traditional, potentially high-growth customers segments as part of it strategic transformation.
