The claims by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to be an international business hub that does its best to attract transnational and global corporations to set up offices and even headquarters in the federation are looking threadbare this morning with the news that it is to "suspend" some of the mobile communications services routinely provided by and on Blackberry devices.
