Yesterday, Thorsten Heins, the CEO of the company formerly known as RIM, dropped this pearl of wisdom into the industry's astonished ears. "I don't think there'll be a reason to have a tablet any more within five years", he opined. Such a provocative statement is either a cynical publicity stunt, a sign that he has lost the plot completely or evidence that he's trying to sell us something rather than tell us something.
