Back in February this year, Telefonica announced that it was supporting Mozilla’s efforts to develop a new open source mobile platform. At this year’s Press and Analysts Day in London, the operator gave further information about their plans for the operating system – now called Firefox OS – and supporting smartphone releases. TelecomTV spoke to the head of Telefonica’s HTML5 development work about the project.
