Dean Zerbe is widely recognized by the press as a leader in tax and oversight matters and he’s also a columnist for Forbes magazine where he’s called the Dean of Taxes.  You may remember Dean during his tenure in Congress as Senior Counsel and Tax Counsel on the Senate Finance Committee for Senator Charles E. Grassley. Dean recently wrote an article for Forbes on the impact of “Obama’s Tax Reform Proposal” on small and medium-sized businesses which makes up a large part of the TIA membership.
