ALBOURNE, UK – Technetix Group Ltd (Albourne, UK), the leading global broadband technology provider, today announced completion of the purchase of Lindsay Broadband Inc. (Peterborough ON, Canada).

 The acquisition will enable significant growth and market traction for Technetix, expanding its footprint in the Americas and offering our customers a broader range of solutions for HFC, fiber and mobile networks.

 Technetix will add Lindsay’s HQ site in Canada located in Peterborough, covering sales, R&D, distribution and manufacturing departments and its sales all across the Americas, adding to Technetix’ existing Americas presence in Denver CO, USA and Mexico City, Mexico.
