Overview
Returning for its second year, the AI-Native Telco Summit explores how automated processes and the deployment of AI-based tools are manifesting themselves in network operations as well as service delivery and management. The summit asks what becoming AI native means for telcos and how they will benefit from organisational-level processes and strategy. This year, the summit investigates the increasing use of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) and looks at how telcos can best deploy this technology, as well as considering the merits of telco-specific large language models (LLMs). It also delves into the new AI skills and hardware requirements for telcos and the resulting opportunities.
