$776 million , an increase of 23% year-over-year. - Subscription and SaaS ARR for the second quarter was
$3.15 billion , an increase of 26% year-over-year. - GAAP net income for the second quarter was
$411 million , or$0.97 per diluted share, down 8% per diluted share compared to$447 million , or$1.06 per diluted share, for the second quarter of fiscal 2021. Non-GAAP net income for the second quarter was$739 million , or$1.75 per diluted share, down 3% per diluted share compared to$766 million , or$1.81 per diluted share, for the second quarter of fiscal 2021. - GAAP operating income for the second quarter was
