OnMobile has launched its consumer communication cloud to provide end users access to their phone contacts, messages and call logs on any device and any screen, even without a SIM card. With the messaging market fragmenting and more OTT players emerging, TelecomTV asks why the company has chosen to include mobile operators as part of its solution.
