Closing after approval from the repective authorities

Following the successful acquisition of NTT's Alcatel Lucent telephony business in spring 2021, A1 Austria will acquire 100% of the shares in NTT Austria GmbH after approval by the respective authorities.

NTT Austria GmbH supports customers with managed infrastructure services along the entire value chain. The IT service provider is a specialist in the Intelligent Workplace with cloud-based solutions and infrastructure and security services.

With the approval of the respective authorities, operational integration at A1 begins, and all employees will join A1. NTT Austria GmbH serves governmental institutions as well as small companies.
