Ikue partners with Bridge Alliance to enhance roaming experience

Ikue is proud to announce a strategic partnership with Bridge Alliance, a leading alliance of telecom operators across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Ikue joins Bridge Alliance as a technology partner and will have the opportunity to introduce its personalised, proactive roaming solutions to Bridge Alliance member operators. These solutions help operators enhance services provided to their roaming customers, improving both pre-travel and in-journey experiences. Beyond roaming, the partnership will also explore advanced customer value management (CVM) and personalisation use cases to enhance customer engagement and service offerings.

For mobile customers, the complexity of roaming packages and unexpected roaming costs can be a source of frustration that mars their travel experience. With Ikue’s powerful data-driven platform, operators can take a proactive approach to simplify and improve the roaming experience for their customers.  

Ikue’s telco-specific technology allows operators to predict when customers are likely to roam by analysing past behaviour and trends. With these insights, operators can send personalised roaming packages to customers before they leave their home country, ensuring they are fully equipped with the right plan for their travels.
