Xantaro Group acquires NetDescribe GmbH and announces further expansion

The Xantaro Group, Europe's leading solution provider for high-performance networks, IT security solutions and managed services, today announced the acquisition of NetDescribe GmbH, a specialist for automated and highly scalable IT solutions for performance, compliance and security in complex IT infrastructures. The two companies had already been working together as strategic partners since mid-March.

NetDescribe GmbH will now operate under the name "NetDescribe GmbH, Member of the Xantaro Group". Xantaro announces its ongoing commitment to expanding the group of companies. The aim is to specifically expand the portfolio for carriers, service providers, data centres and industrial customers in Germany and the UK, which has now been extended to include security services for NOC, SOC and OT security.
