As the wave of network transformation continues to wash around the globe, deep packet inspection specialist Procera is focusing more and more on the management of the quality of experience as provided by operators and telcos to their customers and subscribers. Its latest offering, "ScoreCard", not only permits both fixed and mobile service providers to rank the performance of their networks in real-time but also provides for a wide range of different services such as VoIP, gaming and streaming. Such depth of analysis provides really valuable insights and allows operators quickly to take action to ensure that a deteriorating quality of experience can be enhanced and fine-tuned before a user becomes exasperated and driven to churn away to another service provider.
