Andy Mayer, LSO Chief Architect, MEF
The chief architect of the MEF’s lifecycle service orchestration (LSO) specification provides an update on the group’s ongoing development work, looking at the significant steps made so far and outlining the work that remains to be done. The impact of open networking is also increasing, and the MEF has developed the OpenLSO initiative to provide feedback into the main LSO work group. LSO is important to service providers and can help with the main challenges orchestrating and assuring services over both physical and virtual networks.
