5G is placing great emphasis on improving the customer experience. As the complexity of network connectivity increases, there are many more areas where the network can cause problems, leading to customer dissatisfaction. Even today's VoLTE adds tremendous complexity to the maintenance of the network, and this is only going to increase as we move to 5G.
