OPNFV in action! Millions of China Mobile subscribers now connected to NFV small cells gateway

China Mobile is the world's largest mobile telecoms operator and Dr. Deng Hui says the company is beholden to the OPNFV community for providing a clear and single pathway to the development and deployment of NFV in transformed networks via an excellent reference architecture. He adds that the sharing of experiences between members of what is a very healthy OPNFV ecosystem builds confidence amongst service providers. He adds that China Mobile's Open Source-based NFV small cell gateway has now been deployed in China and already has tens of millions subscribers across China connected to it. That, he says, is a great example of OPNFV in action.
