Huawei wants to contribute to the future of SDN and NFV, Jeffery tells Martyn Warwick. But it's crunch time. Telecom operators must choose what to do: either stay where they are as lean operators or to move forward to lower costs and achieve faster service delivery, says Jeffrey. Operators need to know what their future architecture is going to be before they can can invest. Openness is very important to Huawei and it wants to contribute a lot to the standards bodies and to the future .
