Complex cyberattacks require more than just a standard level of protection

Companies, organisations, administrations, and public authorities all face cyberattacks. In December 2023 alone, 633 cyber incidents were reported to the Federal Office for Cybersecurity (BACS) by the Swiss population and companies. In comparison, 361 incidents were recorded in the same period in 2022. The annual peak occurred with 2,059 incidents in week 44.
