Simon Yeung, the President of Comba Telecom says that the days of bodies such as the Small Cell Forum are limited, not because they are irrelevant but because their very success means that within a few years small cells will be globally accepted as a vital and integrated part of an overall “Hetnet’ solution. He also says that whilst in Europe and North America the focus is very much on the small cell in enterprise, in other parts of the world the home consumer is the priority.
