Qualcomm and Dallah sign small cell patent license agreement

Qualcomm Incorporated (NASDAQ: QCOM) and Saudi Arabian company Dallah Trans Arabia Limited Liability Company (Dallah) today announced they have entered into a patent licensing agreement which covers multimode small cells. Under the terms of the agreement, Qualcomm has granted Dallah a royalty-bearing patent license to develop, manufacture and sell multimode small cells utilizing 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. The agreement is consistent with Qualcomm's established global licensing terms.

Dallah Trans Arabia Limited Liability Company is owned by Dallah Al-Baraka Group, a private multinational corporation based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Dallah Al-Baraka Group has holdings throughout the Middle East, North Africa, Asia, and Europe, with investments including the financial, banking, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, transportation, and operations and maintenance sectors. With this agreement, Dallah joins the growing list of OEMs around the world to have direct access to Qualcomm's breakthrough technologies .
