As of December 18, 2024, users can find answers to their questions about Rakuten Mobile, book appointments at Rakuten Mobile Shops and sign up for the Rakuten Saikyo Plan at any time, all year round with the new AI-powered chat assistant.

Rakuten Mobile AI Assistant 2.0 is a chat-based support service available via the Rakuten Mobile Saikyo Plan official website. The service is available to anyone – even those without a Rakuten ID, and enables users to easily find all the information they need from one convenient place. Users can discover information about Rakuten Mobile services, access relevant FAQ pages, compare plan prices with other providers, book appointments at Rakuten Mobile Shops, sign up for the Rakuten Saikyo Plan and more*1.

As an AI-driven support service, it is available 24/7, allowing users to find solutions without having to search online, making it convenient to use whenever and wherever. Compared to traditional chat support services, Rakuten Mobile AI Assistant 2.0 offers more personalized support by providing tailored responses based on users’ specific questions. By doing so, the service lets users quickly access the information they are looking for, without unnecessary searching.
