ScienceLogic consolidates monitoring solutions to support GlobalConnect’s AI strategy

Reston, Virginia – ScienceLogic, a leader in automated IT operations and observability, today announced a strategic agreement with GlobalConnect, a leading digital infrastructure and data communication provider in the Nordics, to bolster its market-leading AI strategy by consolidating tools to achieve broad observability. With GlobalConnect responsible for more than half of all data traffic in and out of the Nordic region, ScienceLogic will support the uptime.

ScienceLogic will deliver the critical observability necessary for 24/7 network monitoring and predictive alerting for the company’s Network Operations Center responsible for maintaining the company’s extensive 245,000-kilometer (approximately 152,000-mile) network through its ScienceLogic AI Platform and integrations with Skylar Automated Root Cause Analysis™ (RCA) and Skylar Analytics™. The platform’s single, unified interface will also enable effective automation and AI use, providing real-time insights and driving faster problem resolution and prevention while reducing IT burden, minimizing errors, and decreasing potential downtime.
