During the second session of The Great Telco Debate, expert witnesses from BT Business, Colt Technology Services, Dell Technologies, Nokia, Rakuten Symphony, Vodafone and Wind River discussed the practical benefits and challenges for telcos in deploying AI technologies. To benefit financially from AI, the consensus was that using existing models and technologies in partnership with others may be a more viable path than developing their own customer-focused AI models. |
