Telia Company AB has today acquired 108,171 shares at an average price of SEK 36.1906. The number of treasury shares held by the company is now 108,171.
The shares are intended to be distributed to the participants in the “Long Term Incentive Program 2014/2017”, by May 26, 2017, at the latest. The total amount of registered shares in Telia Company is 4,330,084,781, including the treasury shares.
