Through its "Smart Nation Programme" Singapore is showing the world the reality of smart city technologies, services and applications. Khoong Hock Yun explains that the Singaporean authorities are creating the infrastructure, policies, ecosystem and capabilities to enable a truly Smart Nation whilst simultaneously encouraging a culture of experimentation and building and working with citizens and companies to co-create solutions and improve the lives of citizens of all ages.
