Javier Benitez, Senior Network Architect, Network on Demand, Colt Technology Services
For Javier Benitez of Colt, Zero Touch automation has two distinct and different aspects. The primary purpose is to enable customers to have full control of their assets and be enabled to create their own services, from different components, on demand in real time. That, he says, is Colt's strategy in a nutshell and the key value the company wants from automation. The secondary purpose is the internal benefits that will accrue to Colt as an organization as company processes and delivery are improved.
